Our paddle route is approximately 2.5-3 miles total in length. The average paddler can paddle this in about 2 hours. If you really like to take your time paddling and take lots of nature photographs or exploring feeder canals, we recommend a 3-hour rental time. **If you plan to stop at Fish Camp (waterfront restaurant on Lake Eustis) we would recommend a 4-hour paddle rental so you are not rushed at the restaurant.
No, our tandem kayaks are suitable for beginners and experienced paddlers alike. Our experienced guides will help give instruction to anyone that needs it before heading out.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that can get wet. We recommended bringing a hat, sunscreen, and reusable water bottle for proper hydration in the Florida elements.
Yes, but our rentals include all necessary equipment.
If weather conditions are unsafe (lightning, high winds, etc.), we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund.

On weekends the motorboat traffic can get heavy, so we recommend launching early for the best experience through the Dora Canal.

    Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 24 hours or more in advance – Receive a full refund minus non-refundable credit card processing fees.

  • Cancel on the day of your reservation or no-shows – No refund will be issued.
  • Trip Protection Option: Guests who add Trip Protection at checkout may cancel up to the start time of their activity for a full refund, minus non-refundable processing fees. (Highly recommend)

    Friendly staff! Very Knowledgeable and helpful! The prehistoric looking scenery allowed us to witness many species of birds in their natural habitat and we even saw a baby alligator sunbathing on a log. We had a great time kayaking through nature.
