Bring a Friend Perk Limitations
The 'Bring a Friend' discount can only be used once per year. The member and friend must paddle together at the same time to claim the discount. No carryover: If member doesn't use the friend rental discount during the membership year, it cannot be rolled over into the next year.

Rental Availability
Rentals are subject to availability, particularly during peak times. Members are encouraged to book in advance, but membership does not guarantee availability during high-demand periods.

Additional Fees for Extra Hours
If a member exceeds the allotted rental time (e.g. uses a kayak for more than 2 hours), they will be charged the regular additional hourly rate for any extra time beyond what the membership covers.

Membership Term and Renewal
Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be renewed to continue enjoying the benefits. The allotted rentals must be used within the membership year. Unused rentals do not carry over into the next membership period. Members will be notified when their membership is close to expiring and offered an option to renew before it lapses.

Cancellation Policy
Memberships cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased. Reservations must follow standard cancellation policies (48 hours notice for cancellations or changes.)
