Explorer Membership

$99 / year

Ideal for those who love to paddle occasionally but still want great perks. Includes three 2-hour rentals plus an extra bonus rental once the card is complete. Perfect for the casual explorer looking to save on future rentals.

Features:

  • 3 single kayak or paddle board rentals (each for 2 hours)

  • Bonus Rental: 1 free rental after completing your included 3 rentals

Adventurer Membership

$179 / year

Best for those who want more time on the water with exclusive gear. This tier includes six rentals and an extra bonus rental, a free Harris Chain of Lakes shirt, and a 15% discount after completing the allotted rentals. Ideal for those who paddle regularly and want to share the fun with friends.

  • 6 single kayak or paddle board rentals (each for 2 hours)

Membership

$299 / year

For the ultimate paddle enthusiast! Enjoy unlimited access to kayaks, tandems, and SUPs, a Harris Chain of Lakes shirt, and a floating waterproof phone case. Perfect for frequent paddlers who want maximum flexibility and savings, plus 20% off on all exclusive merchandise and tours.

Features:

  • Unlimited Rentals! Unlimited single kayak, tandem, or SUP rentals (2 hours per day)

  • Harris Chain of Lakes Long Sleeve Sun Shirt included + Geckobrand floating waterproof phone case (Color subject to availability $55 retail value)

Membership Limitations

1. Non-Transferable Membership

  • Membership applies to the individual only and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to another person.

  • Each member must present a valid ID or confirmation at the time of booking to ensure that only they benefit from the perks.

 

2."Bring a Friend" Perk Limitations

  • Limited Usage: For lower tiers, the "Bring a Friend" discount or free rental can only be used once per year (or as outlined in each tier).

  • Must Paddle Together: The member and friend must paddle together at the same time to claim the discount or free rental.

  • No Carryover: If the member doesn’t use the friend rental or discount during the membership year, it cannot be rolled over into the next year.

 

3. Rental Availability

  • Subject to Availability: Rentals are subject to availability, particularly during peak times (weekends, holidays, or special events). Members are encouraged to book in advance, but membership does not guarantee availability during high-demand periods.

  • Time Restrictions: Rentals are for a maximum of 2 hours per day and cannot be extended unless additional rental time is paid for.

 

4.Expiration of Membership

  • Membership is valid one year from purchase date.

  • The allotted rentals must be used within the membership year. Unused rentals do not carry over into the next membership period. 

 

5. No Refunds on Unused Rentals

  • There will be no refunds or partial refunds for any unused rentals, punches, or benefits within the membership period.

 

6. Limits on “Unlimited Rentals”

  • For the Ultimate Explorer Membership, unlimited rentals means one rental per day, and subject to availability. Members can't book multiple rentals in a single day for themselves under the same membership.

 

7. Additional Fees for Extra Hours

  • If a member exceeds the allotted rental time (e.g., uses a kayak for more than 2 hours), they will be charged the regular additional hourly rate for any extra time beyond what the membership covers.

 

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Memberships cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased. However, a customer may choose not to renew after the one-year period.

  • Reservations must follow standard cancellation policies (48-hour notice for cancellations or changes).

 

9. Membership Term and Renewal

  • Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be renewed to continue enjoying the benefits.

  • Members will be notified when their membership is close to expiring and offered an option to renew before it lapses.
